Chocolate pudding, from 9 months old:
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 20 g of corn flour
- 10 g of sugar
- 40 g of special desert dark chocolate (verify that there is no trace of cow’s milk protein)
- 240 ml of water
- 8 doses of Novalac Allernova AR formula
Preparation:
- Warm half of the reconstituted Allernova AR formula mixed with the chocolate broken into pieces
- Stir occasionally in order to melt the chocolate
- Thin the corn flour in the other half of cold milk
- When the chocolate milk is hot, leave it warming on the high heat while you pour in the milk & corn flour blend, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens
- Add the sugar, stir
- Pour the mixture into two bowls, keep it cold

Preserve in refrigerator before serving
Variant: use vanilla instead of chocolate. Replace the chocolate with one spoon of natural vanilla extract.
