WHY NOVALAC 3 growing-up formula
?
Even though a child of 1 year of age
may be able to share parts of a varied adult diet,
he still has specific nutritional requirements that
may not be ensured by purely adult nutrition nor by
ordinary cow milk. NOVALAC, expert in infant formula,
has therefore developed this growing up formula which
is the logical choice after Novalac follow-on formula,
for kids from 1 to 3 years. NOVALAC
3 growth formula guarantees :

- 25 times more iron than the quantity found in a standard half-skimmed
milk

These are little worries that you
have started to encounter since the birth of your baby.
Although without seriousness, these little daily troubles
are not without consequences on baby's comfort and
the quality of your family life : worry, lack of sleep,
lost of patience, guilt…and so on, there are lots
of them.
Baby's little worries are often the
consequences of their immature digestive system. Today,
the progress of scientific knowledge helps to better
understand the causes of these troubles and to find
an adapted answer.
Because it is not always possible
to breast feed, Novalac follow-on formulae have been
developed in order to propose an adapted dietetic solution
to every newborn babies' little worries, from 5 months
old to one year old. They ensure, when breastfeeding
is not possiblen an alternative dietetic to a therapeutical
treatment, when this one is not necessary.
In order to offer to every baby products
of the highest quality, there are strict regulations
applied all the way through Novalac 2nd stage

Usage
method:
Always carefully wash your hands before preparing
a bottle
1- Clean and sterilize the feeding bottle, the nipple and all used materials
2- Boil good quality pure water for 5 minutes then
let cool down to 40°C or heat clean fresh mineral
water with a low mineral content to 40°C
3- Pour the needed amount of water into the feeding
bottle first
4- Using only the measuring spoon enclosed in the
tin, pour the correct number of scoops of powder, leveling
each spoon off with the back of a clean dry knife,
do not tap the powder.
5- Close the bottle using the hard plastic cap, shake
well until the powder is totally dissolved and without
lumps. Remove cap and place a sterilized teat on the
bottle.
6- Let cool to lukewarm temperature ( 37°C ) –Test
the temperature by shaking a few drops onto the side
of your wrist. Feed immediately.
Safety instructions
- Do not use after expiration date indicated under
the tin
- After opening, use within 3 weeks
- Close the tin after each use with the plastic
lid
- Store in a dry and cool place, away from light
and contamination
- Do not prepare the feeding bottle in advance but
always just before the feeding
- Each feeding should be consumed within 1 hour
maximum after its preparation
- Do not keep leftovers in the bottle, throw away
the remaining infant formula quantities
