I work in the Business Development Department as Export Sales Manager for Southern Europe and Latin America. My main mission is to work in close collaboration with ours partners in the countries where our brand is present with the objective of:
- Develop a strategic plan for the brand in each country.
- Identify new areas of growth opportunities.
- Carry out new product launches.
- Guarantee the fulfilment of sales and growth objectives.
- Generate support in terms of marketing and product development.
- Provide scientific information and training about our products.
- P&L management.
- Control the supply chain between our partners and us.
Finally, I have the responsibility to open new markets. For this it is necessary to carry out active prospecting because our ambition is to be present in all the countries of the world.
Being a dietitian at Novalac for more than 10 years, this position has allowed me to discover many things both on the human level as well as the professional one. I have many diverse tasks, which I love and the Novalac group gave me the opportunity to evolve.
Since my arrival, my dietitian's position grew rich of several new functions. Today, I manage the advice to parents as well as pharmacists, complaint follow-ups, document formatting of our Novalac products composition, the evolution of formulas, the conformity of packaging as well as various projects in nutrition and packaging. This evolution of my sphere of action was possible thanks to our strong growth and to the trust granted by Novalac to their employees.
